Design
WTA offers MEP design services for various types of facilities including commercial, residential, industrial, institutional, and healthcare buildings.
Encompassing various aspects such as load calculations, equipment selection, energy efficiency analysis, fire protection systems, sustainability considerations, code compliance, and coordination with other disciplines involved in the building design and construction process.
Supervision
Our qualified engineers ensure inspection, performance, and quality control of electrical and mechanical systems to meet industry standards and adhere to relevant codes and regulations.
Throughout the supervision process, WTA’s engineers generate detailed reports documenting their inspections, quality control findings, shop drawing reviews, and commissioning activities. These reports provide a comprehensive record of the progress, compliance, and performance of the electrical and mechanical systems.
Value Engineering
WTA also provides value engineering services as part of its comprehensive offerings. Value engineering is a systematic approach aimed at optimizing the design, functionality, and cost-effectiveness of a project without compromising on quality or performance.
Project Management
Comprehensive project management services ensure the successful execution and delivery of construction projects: permanent engineering presence on site, coordination between different subcontractors, scheduling of the works, material, shop drawings submittals, and procurement, as well as coordination between subcontractors and consultants, safety measures, quality control, quantity surveying and contract management.
CFD Simulation
WTA uses the latest software for CFD simulation, and has already done projects requiring Smoke Management, Ventilation, Thermal Comfort and Wind Tunnel Test.
Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) is the analysis of systems involving fluid flow, heat transfer, chemical reactions by using computer based simulation.
